3D Modeling

We design and plan with the 3D CAD software SOLIDWORKS, with which the most common drawing formats can be imported. Our projects are modeled in 3D. This process almost completely replaces the costly creation of a prototype. The cut-outs are then derived from the model and correctly positioned in relation to one another.

Implementation

The production is precisely implemented from the 3D construction. The derived components are cut, folded and joined together.

Project completion

The finished product is checked by our trained staff for your and our quality requirements. If the acceptance is successful, we can also produce in series at your request.

We design, cut, edge, weld TIG, MAG & MIG and assemble. We have different machines at our disposal for our work, such as:

  • Bystronic Byspeed 3015 laser system with 4.4kW with a cutting area of ​​3m x 1.5m.
  • A Bystronic Xpert press brake.
  • Salvagnini Roboformer with a press force of 3200 kN and a maximum bending length of 4m.
