Our partner company STECHEL COATING SYSTEMS offers you experience in the planning and construction of complete, tailor-made coating systems with both conventional and perforated pans and drums. This also includes laboratory systems, process air systems, tank and spray systems as well as conveyor belts.
Areas of application: pharmaceutical and confectionary industry as well as chemistry.
Conventional coating systems
Depending on your needs, you can get coating machines with a fixed or pivoting pan, with special space-saving substructures and continuous-flow mottled drums.

Automatic coating systems
With their PLC, the automatic coating systems from STECHEL COATING SYSTEMS offer storage space for several recipe configurations. All system parameters are stored in the individual recipes. Depending on the PLC, up to 20 recipes can be stored.

Process air, tank and conveyor systems
STECHEL COATING SYSTEMS also designs these systems specifically to meet your requirements. The conveyors for loading the coating machine and evacuating the finished product are integrated into the local conditions, e.g. conveying the coated product from the dragee-making machine to the glazing machine, which is also part of the portfolio.
Your existing systems can also be supplemented accordingly.

Laboratory equipment
The portfolio at STECHEL COATING SYSTEMS also includes laboratory systems for product development, from a machine with a frequency-controlled boiler drive to compact laboratory systems with process air and spray systems and a PLC. The pan of the coating machine can be swiveled manually by 45°. In the case of compact systems with SPS, the pan can also be supplied with an electric swivel drive.
The laboratory systems can be supplied both with pure air heating and with air dehumidification.
