Detert Edelstahlverarbeitung e. K. is your specialist for stainless steel processing. For over 50 years we have been designing and manufacturing housings, systems, apparatus, stainless steel containers and other solutions for a wide variety of industries in partnership. Our services in the field of stainless steel processing include laser cutting, folding, welding and the construction and assembly of assemblies.
Laser cutting for filigree, complex and large-scale work.
With our in-house system for laser cutting, we are able to cut out complex outlines with high precision, quickly and without burrs. For laser cutting, we have a Bystronic Bylaser 4400 CO² laser that runs on a Byspeed 3015 system. The laser system has an output of 4.4 kW and achieves an extremely precise cut at a speed of 50 m / min.
The laser system enables the processing of steel up to 25mm thick, stainless steel up to 20mm and aluminum up to 12 mm. The cutting area of the laser cutting is 3048mm x 1524mm and thus offers enough space for large format sheets.
Filigree and complex work such as letters and lettering as well as large-scale cutting patterns are no problem for our system. We are happy to assist you with laser cutting with our professional team.

Precise material forming.
At Detert Edelstahlverarbeitung we have two high-precision systems for bending work with which we carry out meticulously precise material forming.
The first system is our Bystronic Xpert 320/4100 press brake. It delivers perfect bending results and enables consistently high accuracy even with process repetitions. It has a pressing force of 320t and a maximum bending length of 4100mm.
Our second machine for material forming is our Salvagnini Roboformer 320/4000. We use this robot when large numbers of folded sheets are required. It also has a pressing force of 320t with a bending length of 4000mm.
Once the laser cutting has been completed, we can bend sheet metal into the desired shape and, if necessary, process it into assemblies. This is done in both single and series production, as required.

Benefit from our experience in the construction of housings for washing devices. Our long-term partner, the B-TEC GmbH develops ideas for innovative cleaning technologies and cleaning technology, while we design the washing devices and suitable housings together with you.

Cleaning devices and washing devices for painting needs, also as custom-made products.
The solution portfolio of the company B-TEC extends to washing devices for car painters, cup systems, industrial users, agitators, airless and airmix paint guns and more. The washing devices are particularly excellent in terms of their cleaning results, economic efficiency and pronounced health protection. You will find both standardized products with series execution and custom-made products that meet your individual needs. Every washing device can be used intuitively.
